BINALBAL FESTIVAL
It's a feast where all the tudelanian's celebrates it every january 1st of the month, in tudela,misamis ocidental to welcome the new year. Binalbal from the word balbal means "ghost or monster". people who join wears there scary looks some are anime,princesses depends on the criteria. During this day tudelanian people make noisy sounds, they believe that it is a way to make the evil or bad spirits dissapear to have a good and bounty year.
